The Pancor Jackhammer was an automatic shotgun designed by John A. Anderson in 1984, who later founded Pancor Industries in New Mexico as a means to initially manufacture it. While foreign governments were initially interested in preordering models, mass production never took place and attraction towards it was lost in time
After the gun was denied to be acquired by the United States Department of Defense, Anderson went back to build upon and improve the Jackhammer's design. However, Pancor went out of business years
